Why no scope is published here
The scope of an annual maintenance contract — visit frequency, response times, what is and is not covered, and spares holding — is not published, because no AMC terms have been supplied. Rather than describe a service in general terms that a customer could not hold us to, this page states the gap and asks you to enquire. The terms will be published once they are set.
