Who we are

Jayess & Co. winds, assembles and tests distribution transformers, control transformers, servo voltage stabilisers and control panels at Faridabad. The work is done in one place: coils wound in-house, sheet fabricated and assembled, wiring ferruled to the schematic, and testing done before anything leaves the works.

What follows from that is the reason this site reads the way it does. A manufacturer who commissions its own equipment cannot afford a specification that was optimistic on paper, so nothing on these pages is stated without a document behind it.

  • Trading since 1990 — more than three decades of continuous operation. Udyog Aadhaar HR03B0008672, date of commencement 04/10/1990; independently restated on catalogue page 3
  • Manufacturing is in-house: design, winding, fabrication, assembly and testing happen under one roof rather than being bought in and badged. Catalogue page 3, "with all in-house manufacturing facilities"; consistent with the works testing station record
  • The company that builds the equipment is licensed to energise it — installation and commissioning are carried out under an electrical contractor licence issued by the Labour Department, Government of NCT of Delhi. Electrical contractor licence 50590000009690; Class 1 supervisor certificate

What we set out to do

Building highly engineered electrical assemblies for transmitting electricity, smartly automated and designed for industry.

What we set out to do — Catalogue page 4, stated mission (spelling of "highly" corrected from the source)

What we engineer

Four lines of work, and they are deliberately connected rather than separate departments.

  1. Electrical consultancy and design for high- and low-tension systems.
  2. Manufacture of transformers, stabilisers and control panels.
  3. Industrial automation — PLC, VFD and motor control built into the panel that runs the plant.
  4. Turnkey projects, taken from design through installation and commissioning.

What we manufacture

Each family has its own page carrying the specification, what is held on record and what is set per order. Nothing is summarised here that is stated more precisely there.

How the work runs

Five steps, in the order they happen. This is the company’s own account of its process — what makes it checkable is that the testing step has a works record behind it.

  1. Design and specification — rating, schematic, configuration and application are defined. Company Profile 2026, page 4, step 01
  2. Winding and fabrication — coil winding and panel fabrication are carried out in-house. Company Profile 2026, page 4, step 02
  3. Assembly — core and coil, tank, busbar, control wiring and enclosure work are assembled to the design. Company Profile 2026, page 4, step 03
  4. Inspection and testing — works checks are performed before dispatch, with documentation against the requirement. Company Profile 2026, page 4, step 04; the works testing station is a held evidence record
  5. Dispatch and commissioning — equipment is prepared for site installation, testing and commissioning where that is in scope. Company Profile 2026, page 4, step 05; carried out under the Delhi electrical contractor licence

Quality and evidence

Every certificate below is held on file and can be produced. Where a document says less than it appears to, the record says so — that is the point of publishing the limitation alongside the reference.

What is not published

  • Headcount and works area — no record has been supplied, so no figure is stated.
  • Client names, project references and testimonials — none is published without written permission and a verifiable project record.
  • Type-test reports, Form designations and short-circuit withstand ratings — not on file.
  • Turnover, capacity and production volumes — not published.

This list exists because its absence is the more common practice. A company page with round numbers and no sources is easy to write; a reader specifying equipment cannot check any of it.

If you are specifying equipment, standing in front of the plant answers more questions than a page can. Ask for a visit.
