Product family Pre-filled from the page you came from. Change it or leave it blank. Rating kVA, kVAR or amps. Sets the size of everything else. Voltage Primary and secondary, or system voltage. Connected load / maximum demand Determines the rating if you do not have one yet. Existing equipment Make, rating or nameplate detail, if this replaces or extends something. Requirement type For a consultancy or engineering enquiry.

03 Application and site

Application What the plant does. Affects duty and enclosure. Site location Sets ambient conditions, transport and who attends. Installation Determines enclosure and ingress rating. Quantity and timeline Affects scheduling, not the engineering.

04 Drawings and photographs

Single line diagram, general arrangement, schematic, feeder or load schedule, specification, tender document, nameplate photograph, site photograph or video. A photograph of a nameplate is often the most useful thing you can send.
