Jayess & Co.

Distributors and channel partners

Buying Jayess equipment to resell, to integrate, or to specify repeatedly into your own projects.

Who this is for

  • Distributors and dealers
  • Electrical contractors buying for projects
  • Panel builders and system integrators
  • OEMs specifying equipment into their own machines
  • EPC and procurement teams sourcing repeat requirements

Jayess manufactures transformers, servo voltage stabilisers and LT, PCC, MCC, APFC and control panels at Faridabad, and has done since 1990. Equipment is wound, assembled and tested in-house, and installed and commissioned under a Delhi electrical contractor licence.

If you are buying to resell, to build into your own assemblies, or to specify repeatedly, the useful first conversation is about what you are actually placing — rating, voltage, quantity and how often — rather than about a rate card.

What is established

  • ISO 9001:2015 certified, certificate E20250830652, whose scope names thirteen activities including LT control panels, MCC, PCC, PLC panels, VFD panels, power factor panels, control transformers and distribution transformers.
  • Electrical contractor licence 50590000009690, Government of NCT of Delhi, under which installation is carried out.
  • Manufacturing, winding, assembly and works testing at the Faridabad works, with the testing station available for witness testing on request.
  • Every published specification on this site names the document it was read from. What is not documented is marked as such rather than estimated.

What is not published, and why

These are the things you will look for and not find here. They are absent because they have not been set or documented — not because they are being withheld until you enquire.

Trade discount, margin or rate card
Pricing is quoted against a specific requirement — rating, quantity, delivery and scope all move it. No standing discount structure has been set, so publishing one would be inventing it.
Territory or exclusivity
No territorial agreement has been established. Any arrangement would be agreed in writing between the parties, not claimed on a website.
Minimum order quantity
None is set. Requirements range from a single control transformer to a full panel lineup, and a blanket minimum would misrepresent both ends.
A list of existing partners or customers
No customer or partner has given written permission to be named. A reference list published without consent is a breach of confidence, not a credential.

What to send

Send these and the first reply can be useful. Send none of them and the first reply is a list of questions, which wastes a week.

Your organisation and where you operate
Sets who handles it and how delivery works.
Which product families you expect to move
Transformers, stabilisers and panels are engineered and quoted differently.
Typical rating and voltage
The single most useful number. It sets the size of everything else.
Indicative quantity and how often
Distinguishes a one-off project buy from a repeating requirement.
Whether you install, or resell only
Installation under licence is a different scope from supply.
Any specification or approved-vendor requirement you must meet
Tells us early whether the requirement is inside the certified scope.

01 What is the requirement
04 Drawings and photographs

Single line diagram, general arrangement, schematic, feeder or load schedule, specification, tender document, nameplate photograph, site photograph or video. A photograph of a nameplate is often the most useful thing you can send.

05 Who we reply to

A complete technical requirement goes straight to sales for quotation. An incomplete or complex engineering requirement goes to engineering review. The confirmation will say which happened and what to expect next.
